2. What you're buying

Every product in this shop is a digital crochet or amigurumi pattern delivered as a downloadable PDF. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Each product page describes the pattern, its difficulty, the recommended hook and yarn, and the price before you buy.

3. Your licence to use the pattern

When you buy a pattern, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it. In plain terms:

• You may use the pattern as many times as you like for your own crochet.
• You may make finished items from the pattern and sell a reasonable number of them — for example at craft fairs, markets, or your own small shop. A simple credit ("pattern by Wood Elizabeth Ann") is appreciated but not required.
• You may not copy, share, resell, lend, publish, or redistribute the pattern file or its text, in whole or in part, whether free or for payment.
• You may not claim the pattern as your own or use it to create a competing pattern.

4. Intellectual property

All patterns, photographs, illustrations and text on this site remain the intellectual property of Wood Elizabeth Ann and are protected by copyright. Buying a pattern grants you the licence described above; it does not transfer ownership.

5. Orders, prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change over time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored by this website. Any taxes that apply will be shown before you confirm your order.

7. Refunds

Because patterns are delivered instantly, our Refund Policy explains when a refund is and isn't possible. We always aim to make things right if something has gone wrong with your order.

8. Acceptable use

Please don't use this site for anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt it, or try to access it in ways it isn't intended to be used. We may decline or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent or breaches these terms.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Patterns are tested with care and provided in good faith for your enjoyment. Crochet results naturally vary with the yarn, hook and tension you use, so we can't guarantee your finished item will look identical to the photographs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a pattern is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

• Information you give us: your name, email address and order details when you make a purchase or contact us.
• Payment information: your card payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and limited order details, but your full card number is never sent to or stored on this website.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting may process limited technical data (such as your browser type) to keep the site working and secure.

3. How we use your information

• To process your order and deliver your pattern by email;
• To send you the download link and your receipt;
• To respond to questions and provide support;
• To keep records we're required to keep, and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.

We share information only with the service providers that make the shop work, and only as far as needed:

• Stripe — to process card payments securely;

This site uses only the essential cookies and local storage needed to remember your basket and let checkout function. We don't use advertising trackers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Customers in the EU/UK (under the GDPR) and in California (under the CCPA) have these rights and more. To make a request, just email us — we won't charge you or treat you differently for asking.

How delivery works

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order-confirmation screen.
• The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, so you have a copy to keep.
• You can download your pattern straight away and save it to your device.

How long it takes

Delivery is automatic and usually immediate — most orders are ready within a minute or two of payment. There's nothing to wait for and no manual processing on our end.

File format & what you need

Patterns are standard PDF files that open on phones, tablets, laptops and e-readers using any free PDF reader. You can read your pattern on screen or print it for your own use.

No physical shipping or customs

Because your purchase is digital, it's available worldwide with no shipping times, import duties or customs paperwork.

If your download doesn't arrive

Please check your spam or junk folder first, and double-check the email address on your order. If your pattern still hasn't arrived, email woodelizabethann.space@proton.me with the name on your order and we'll re-send your link promptly.

We want you to be genuinely happy with your pattern. Please read this alongside our Terms of Service.

The nature of digital goods

Every product here is delivered instantly as a downloadable file. Once a pattern has been downloaded it can't be "returned" in the way a physical item can, so as a general rule all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

When we'll always make it right

That general rule doesn't stop us looking after you. We'll gladly arrange a fix or a refund if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• your file won't open or is corrupted and we can't resolve it;
• you were sent the wrong pattern;
• you never received your download; or
• you change your mind before downloading and contact us within 14 days of purchase.

How to request help or a refund

Email woodelizabethann.space@proton.me with the name on your order and a short note about the problem. The more detail you give, the faster we can sort it out.

How long it takes

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks

If anything seems wrong with your order, please contact us first — we can almost always fix it faster than a chargeback, and a quick email saves everyone the hassle.

Your statutory rights

Some customers (for example in the EU and UK) have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. For downloadable content, that right ends once the download begins with your consent, which you give at checkout. Nothing in this policy affects any consumer rights you have that can't legally be waived.
